This policy explains how Adarsh KN, an independent property advisor in North Bengaluru ("I", "me"), collects and uses personal information shared through curatedbyadarsh.in, enquiry forms, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, phone calls and WhatsApp.

What I collect

• Your name and mobile number.
• The projects, plot sizes, budget, timeline and site visit preferences you choose to share.
• Basic information about how you reached me, such as the ad or page you came from.
• Anything you tell me during calls or WhatsApp conversations about your property requirements.

How I use it

• To call or WhatsApp you about the properties you asked about and to suggest options that fit your needs.
• To plan and confirm site visits.
• To register your interest with the developer of a project you want to visit or buy, which developers require before a site visit.
• To understand which advertisements are useful, so I can improve them.

Who I share it with

I never sell your details. I share them only when needed to serve you:

• The developer of a project you are interested in, for visit registration and booking.
• The RERA registered partner firm I work with for completing transactions.
• Service providers that run this website and its forms (Netlify) and the advertising platforms you reached me through (Meta and Google), under their own privacy terms.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are read and which buttons are tapped. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and Google processes this data on my behalf. It does not receive your name or phone number. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt out add on.

How long I keep it

I keep your details for as long as you are actively looking for property with my help, and for no more than two years after our last conversation, unless a completed transaction requires records to be kept longer.

Your choices and rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the details I hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Just reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or write to me, and I will act on it promptly.
